About Me:: Stuart is a Freelance Consultant and Project Manager. He has over twenty years experience comprising:

• Nine years Operations and General Management running profit centres in business-to-business service companies

• Thirteen years Programme / Project Leadership of Business Improvement projects in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer companies

Stuart has a portfolio of clients for whom he has carried out multiple assignments. He has managed many Business Improvement Projects with a wide range of large and small clients across several sectors including retail, automotive, business services and public sectors. The majority of Stuart’s projects have focused on the development and implementation of significant business process and organisational change. He has an excellent understanding of how to use process and technology to improve efficiency, effect good customer service and reduce waste. Stuart also provides coaching to project teams, either through his role as project leader in a live project or through specific assignments.

He is a member of the Chartered Management Institute, the Institute of Interim Management and the British Computer Society.
