- Sandy is an NLP Practitioner, qualified CeMAP Mortgage Supervisor and Coach. Sandy is also a qualified coach to Diploma level. She worked for Halifax PLC for 25 years where she enjoyed a variety of jobs which gives her a broad wealth of knowledge in the financial world. Sandy has a great deal of experience in coaching for results. She has successfully developed, written and implemented a bespoke sales process and rolled out a Coaching programme and Management Development programme for Newcastle Building Society & Chapel House Motors. Sandy is currently delivering the programme to all Principal Office and Branch Network Managers within the two organisations.
Sandy was a Regional Trainer for Halifax PLC where she designed and delivered a variety of courses and spent time delivering training via satellite T.V to the branch network. One of Sandy’s specialist areas is coaching and has delivered training for Managers and Supervisors in this area for many years including Halifax PLC, LARS Communications and Newcastle Building Society.
