Tip; building your network on quantity oriented Portals, (but don't forget to change that into a quality..)

Recruiters and Jobhunters on quantity oriented portals like LinkedIn are always looking for ways to expand their network, because they know that they can only see the profiles of those who are in their network. Building up a quantity of contacts is thus very legitimate and necessary on LI. Here is a tip to do that in minutes:

1. Open a second LI account using a new Gmail or Yahoo mail email address
2. Go to the Open Networkers Yahoo group, the database there has an 'Invite me' list where several hundreds of Open Networkers have left their address and have stated that they would like to be invited to your network.
You can even export the whole list at once and upload it to your quantity LI network. If you want to know how to proceed towards a quality network from there on, please visit my website for information.

Next day you'll have several hundreds of new contacts in your first line connections on LI..

Communication styles, why are they so important? My services are not only about the tricks, the do's and don'ts in networking online but about the question 'how to be effective with your online network'?.
It is very basic, know how you communicate, know the styles of others and you'll be more likely to reach out to the people that you want to reach.
If you know which styles is dominant in your company, your department or just your personal communication-style, you'll be able to use techniques in which you can successfully reach out to people / clients with the same or other communication styles...
I can help you with my services to discover that and to build on long-lasting networking relationships, within your company or within your client group.

You are welcome to join the Open Networkers Movement as well:
