- Worked as an IT/management consultant for 6/7 years for multinational companies. Began working for a recruitment company alongside my IT career in India. Came back home to UK in 2004 and worked for a recruitment consultancy before joining Capitis International, a politically free and motivating enterprise.
I have experience of working with a wide range of organisations from consultancies to end-user clients.My experience in recruiting in these areas comes from my past as a project manager/principal consultant on implementation and SI projects as well as having experience of scoping and pre-sales for my past employers. It also stems from my experience of technical recruitment (predominantly ERP) in India for 5 years for companies abroad in the US and UK.
I have been working in the UK recruitment market for more than 2 years and over this time realised that I can do better than what others are doing. My strength lies in understanding the organisation and role. I now have an extensive network and the majority of my clients and candidates come from referrals & networking; both clients and candidates endorse my approach to my work.
Specialties:
Over 6 years recruitment experience. My strengths are knowing how the market is moving and pre-empting my clients recruitment needs. This has not always meant "hires" but at times a reorganisation of resources by being involved in their strategic decisions. The push recently has been Netweaver and ESA. For the past year, I have recruited in Netweaver, BI, SEM, FICO, CRM & HR as well Oracle HRMS & Financials, MBS (now Dynamics) - Navision , Axapta and MS CRM.
